Happy Father's Day!

Father's Day was also our 6th anniversary.  We celebrated the night before and left Bailey with friends.  We went out to dinner and then for cupcakes at Crumbs where there was live music that we sat and enjoyed.  On Sunday, we went out to a wonderful lunch with our friends (one of the couples was celebrating their 6th anniversary too)  and enjoyed a nice, relaxing day.

This is a bit late since June is almost over, but June is a big anniversary month for our family!  We want to wish everyone a happy late anniversary and hope for many more happy, blessed years together:  

John and Nancy on June 3rd ~ 37 years

Allison and Darrin on June 4th ~ 2 years

Tom and Vici on June 11th ~ 33 years

Matt and Jenny on June 12th ~ 5 years

Papa and Gramie on June 18th ~ 61 years

Thomas and I celebrated our 6th anniversary on the 21st.  We hope to take after Papa and Gramie and their 61 years!

4 Months Old

Bailey Lynn is 4 months old!  We are enjoying watching her grow, laugh, and discover new things.  She has decided she would rather be sitting up to look around than laying down on her back to play.  She is able to hold up her head so much better and is enjoying more time on her tummy.  We think she is really close to rolling over.  Bailey is really babbling now and likes to hear her voice.  We think she weighs about 13 pounds and is about 25 inches long.  We go to the doctor on Friday for her 4 month check-up and shots so we will have more accurate info soon.  We also have some great laughing videos to post--coming soon!

Zoo

I just love the polar bears!  The baby giraffe was only 5 days old!  

Trip to the Zoo

We went to the Albuquerque Zoo and had a great time.  I'm not sure that Bailey saw very many of the animals, but we enjoyed seeing the new baby giraffe, the seals being fed, the huge rhinos, and the new monkey exhibit with a baby chimp.  I wish we had a zoo closer to us.  Animal pictures to follow...

Cousins

Bailey got to meet her favorite cousin while we were in Albuquerque.  Addy Grace entertained Bailey especially when she was jumping in the jumper--Addy would jump and Bailey would watch.  Addy also showed Bailey how to sit up, how to roll over, and how to eat baby food--so much to do in the next couple months!  Addy is so much fun and she made us laugh a lot.  We are excited for Bailey to have a cousin close in age and look forward to watching them grow up together.  

Great Grandparents

Bailey has met all four of her great grandparents now, which is pretty amazing!  We were able to take a few four generation pictures.  Unfortunately, we didn't get a picture with the Fitzpatrick generations...we'll have to get one next time.  We are thankful for our Great Grandparents and love them so very much!

Albuquerque

We went to Albuquerque for two weeks and Bailey got to meet almost all of her extended family (Great Grammie, Great Gramie and Papa Shoe, Matt, Jenny and Addy Grace, Uncle Mick and Aunt Lisa, Mike, Aunt Nicki, Uncle Don, Jami, Cole and Blake, Uncle Bud, Aunt Kathy and Christian, Masha, Skyler, Aunt Jennette, Uncle Don, Aunt Marianne and Colin)!!!  We were excited for her to meet everyone and she didn't mind being passed around as long as you could bounce and she could see what was going on.  :)  More to come...

Catching Up

It has been a while since we have posted!  Here are a few pictures that we took before our trip to Albuquerque.  In the top pictures, Thomas had laid Bailey down on her surf board and she ended up rolling onto her side but she was still fast asleep.  The last two pics are of our girl after her bath--one of her most favorite things!
