On the Move

Cassia officially started crawling on August 10th!  She's moving those hands and knees and going forward.  Thomas, Bailey and I all got to see it together.

10 Months Old!

Will I ever catch up?  I'm not really sure, but I'm just going to keep plugging away as best I can…

Cassia turned 10 months old on August 6th and hit a few milestones along the way.

Her first tooth broke through and then her second tooth broke through a week later!

She crosses her little legs just like B!

She's rolling from front to back and back to front so easily now!  She's going to be crawling any day.

Her newest foods include: peaches, kiwi, mushrooms, zucchini, cheese, bread, and Cheerios.

Her newest sounds are: nawnaw and mamama

Oh what fun it is to have two little girls!  They are interacting more each day and it will be interesting when Cassia is really able to get around.

Just Keep Swimming

Bailey took swim lessons at the end of July with Nicolette, one of our Pepperdine students.  Bailey jumped right in and by the second day started learning how to take breaths while swimming.  She even jumped into the deep end and swam to Nicolette!

When we weren't swimming, we were riding.  We got Bailey a Strider bike--an awesome bike that doesn't have pedals so kids can learn how to balance without having to worry about pedaling yet.  I wish we would have gotten it for her sooner because she's near the end of being able to ride it, but Cassia will be able to get good use out of it.  Anyways, here she is as she's just figured out how to pick up her feet and ride!  I'll have to post another video later to show you how fast she is now!

She still loves her scooter too!
