A Little More Celebrating

On Valentine's Day, after Bible study that morning, we headed up to the Baxter park to celebrate Bailey's birthday with our friends we usually picnic with.
Everyone gathered around to sing Happy Birthday and tried to block the wind so I could light the candles.  No luck, we just had to pretend the candles were lit.

Sweet friends-just missing Isaiah and Noelle from this pic.
On Thursday, Tami came over with Colton and Keilani to take their annual birthday picture with Colton and Bailey since their birthdays are only 2 days apart.
Happy Birthday, Colton (4) and Bailey (3)!!
That wraps up Bailey's birthday celebrations!  It's hard to believe we have a 3 year old!

SSTREE!!

Bailey officially turned THREE on Monday the 13th!  She said she was turning "sstree" for several weeks before, but I can already tell she is learning to say "three" more clearly.  We were so glad Nana and Papa were here to celebrate with us!
Birthday girl got to unwrap her new table and
chairs a little early.  Thanks, Nana and Papa!
Playdough table, tea table, craft table, breakfast table,
sandwich-making table...
Thanks Schmille Family for the fun window clings and
Valentine book!
Fun at the park

Sunday after her nap, we thought Bailey better get started on this pile of presents!  Lots of love for this little big girl.  Thank you for all of the sweet gifts!

Sarabeth got a new birthday outfit and book,
thanks Nana and Papa!
Birthday morning she got to open the rest of the presents...
Loves Sunshine the Pig, thanks Great Grandma!
Loves her Fancy Nancy shirt and books,
thanks Grandma and Grandpa!
Ready to do watercolor painting--
thanks Alli, Darrin, and Charley!

with ice cream pja pants--is she cute or what??
Pre-dinner birthday photo.  On our way to take Nana and Papa to the airport, we stopped to eat dinner at Panera Bread.  After standing in line for a while, we realized we didn't have enough time to eat.  So instead we took them to the airport and then came back to the restaurant to eat dinner and have a birthday cupcake.
Post-dinner birthday photo.  Happy Birthday to Bailey!
We love you so much and are so thankful for the joy and laughter
that you bring to our lives!  Happy Birthday, Big 3 Year Old!

My Disneyland Birthday!

For Bailey's 3rd birthday, we spent a day at Disneyland with Nana and Papa!  It was crazy on a Saturday (although we think it's always crazy!!), but we had so much fun.
A perfect sign for the day!

Ready to go!
We got to visit Pixie Hollow where Bailey got to meet two fairies...
...and Tinkerbell was one of them!  Bailey was wearing her Tinkerbell shirt, which Tinkerbell really liked.  Tinkerbell asked Bailey if her wings had grown in yet.  :)
Riding the teacups, but without the extra spinning!

Checking out It's a Small World with Nana.

It's a Small World African-style
Our stylin' glasses we wore to play a 3D game.

Carousel ride = Happiness
Cinderella and her Fairy Godmother--they were so sweet!
We saw Peter Pan 3 different times that day!
Perfect front row seats for the parade!
Minnie Mouse

Storybook Land is a fun boat ride!
Yes, we are riding Dumbo--it's one of Bailey's favorite rides!
We ate dinner at this great Italian place and they had balloon artists that made Bailey a princess crown...
...a Rapunzel princess crown!
Our little princess tuckered out after a full day.  She slept right through the fireworks show and it was loud!
Right after Bailey fell asleep, Pluto walked over right beside us and was taking photos.
We had a great day and it was a fun way to celebrate Bailey turning 3!

Gymnastics!

Bailey got to start gymnastics last Wednesday and she loves it!  Her teacher's name is Ms. Connie and she's really great with Bailey.
Jumping on the huge trampoline.
Learning how to do the obstacle course.
Future gymnast?
Balance beam
At the end of class, Bailey got to jump in the "marshmallow" pit.  This was her favorite thing to do that day!
Happiness!
