1st Christmas 2013

We celebrated Christmas a little early because we spent Christmas in Colorado this year (the first time ever that we weren't in NM for Christmas)!  We did our Christmas Eve on December 19th and opened presents with Nana and Papa on iChat.

Tomorrow we are headed to Colorado for Christmas with the Shoemaker and Ivey families!!

14 Months and...

Cassia turned 14 months December 6th!  Her hair is growing like crazy and she wants to walk everywhere holding on to our fingers.  She's going to be walking soon!

This picture is mixed in with all my December pics…it was a beautiful evening and we were enjoying being outside.  It's one of my favorites!

Bailey's preschool did a Christmas program for all of the families.  They sang songs and recited a poem and were just so cute.  Bailey is in the back row on the right side.

One of Bailey's favorite songs was the Mary Hula (Christmas in Hawaii)!

December Happenings

When we got home from Temecula, we pulled out Christmas and put up our tree.  Bailey unwrapped and opened every ornament to hang on the tree.  She started singing Christmas songs and dancing around~so excited!  

Our church hosted the first lighting of the advent candle right on the corner of PCH and Webb Way in Malibu.  We sang Christmas carols around the Nativity…and the kids were in shorts and short sleeves!  Malibu in December!

 We hosted the Campus Ministry Interns for our annual Christmas party.  Lots of silly gifts and laughter are part of a fun night!

 Bailey and I were able to go and to see The Nutcracker that Evelyn was in.  It was a wonderful show and Evelyn was amazing!
