Our friend, Beth, and her kids came to visit us last week. Her son, Jacob, was in a wedding so they were able to come to Malibu for a few days. We had a great time together catching up, going to the park and pool, and going to the zoo in Santa Barbara. Jacob and Haley entertained Bailey and we saw all of the baby proofing we are going to need to do to our house. :)The Santa Barbara Zoo was great and we got to see several animals up close. Jacob got to feed the giraffes which Bailey just loved. I had to stand back a bit to make sure they wouldn't lick her (they have very long tongues!)! We also got to stand just a few feet away from a lion that was sleeping up on a rock right next to the exhibit window.

Jacob is quite the little photographer isn't he. He used to cut everones head completely of LOL! We had such a great time, can't wait to see you again! Oh, and would you believe that I didn't get Thomas in one picture while I was there (I am definitely not a photographer)? Sorry Thomas, Jacob loved playing with you!
