Las Vegas Trip

We got to spend a week in Las Vegas with the Fitzpatrick family to celebrate Grandma and Grandpa's 40th Anniversary!  We rented a house for the week which was great--we had lots of space and a great backyard to play in.  We spent some time most everyday in the pool because it was hot!

Thomas and I were able to go see a two shows at night after Bailey was in bed (thanks everyone for babysitting!).  We saw Mystere by Cirque Du Soleil--amazing!  The acrobats, the stunts, the costumes... it was an awesome show.  We also saw the Jabbawockeez dance crew--they were funny, entertaining, and totally awesome dancers!  We also were able to go to Madame Tussauds wax museum during one of Bailey's naps.  It was pretty amazing how real some of them looked!

One evening we headed down to the Silverton, a casino down the road from the house, that had a huge aquarium and we got to see a mermaid!  She was very friendly and played with all of the kids.

She swam with the fish and sting rays and even gave one sting ray a kiss!

We had a great week!  Congrats to Grandma and Grandpa and thanks for getting us all together!
